Imagine Cotton is an edit of womenswear with room for your own way of getting dressed: knitwear and cardigans, coats and jackets, in familiar shapes and thoughtful colors that work with the pieces you already love.
A knit with your usual trousers. A coat thrown over whatever you wear most. Our edit is a starting point, not a set of rules: keep the parts that feel like you, and let an outfit change with your plans.
Imagine Cotton is our brand name, not a cotton-content claim. Materials and fit vary between pieces, so each product's own details give its construction and composition.
Choosing a size
Fit varies between styles, so a familiar size label is only a starting point. Read each product's own details for its cut and fit, and compare them with a similar piece you already own.
If you are unsure between two sizes, email support@imaginecotton.com with the product name and your measurements before you order, and customer care will help you choose.
What each product page tells you
The colors and sizes on a product page belong to that garment, with notes on its cut and construction. Screen settings can change how a color looks, so use the photographs and the details together before you choose.
Caring for your pieces
Follow the care label supplied with each item, because washing, drying and storage differ between materials and constructions. If a care instruction is missing or unclear, email support@imaginecotton.com and we will help.
Delivery
We ship to the United States with Standard Shipping with Tracking for $4.99 USD per order. Delivery takes 4 to 10 calendar days from the day you order, processing included, and calendar days count weekends and public holidays.
We email your tracking details once your order is dispatched, and you can follow your parcel on our Track Order page. If it has not arrived within 10 calendar days of your order, contact customer care.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. For a change of mind, items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags and packaging. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return arriving.
Email support@imaginecotton.com with your order number, the item and the reason before sending anything back, and we will reply with return instructions. You pay return postage for a change of mind, with no restocking fee; we cover it for an incorrect or defective item.
Customer care
Email support@imaginecotton.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Include your order number for an order question, and for a damaged or incorrect item add clear photographs of the item and its label.
Write before dispatch to change an address or cancel an order, and we will confirm what is possible. If tracking stops moving or a parcel seems lost, send your order number and tracking details so we can investigate.
