About these terms

These terms describe use of the Imagine Cotton website and ordering from the store. Read them together with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy.

Products and prices

Review your chosen item, size, color, garment information and price before ordering. Materials and fit vary by product; Imagine Cotton is a brand name and does not mean every garment is made of cotton. Screen settings may affect how product colors appear.

Prices are displayed in USD. Shipping and taxes collected at checkout are displayed before payment. Separate customs charges may apply as explained in the Shipping policy. A promotion applies only under its stated conditions. We may update prices and product information for future orders.

Orders and information

Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. If an item cannot be supplied or an obvious listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it, or cancel and refund any payment taken for the affected item. We will not substitute an item or increase an accepted order charge without your agreement.

Keep account credentials private and tell us promptly about an unauthorized order or incorrect information. To request an address correction or cancellation, contact us before dispatch. Availability of a change depends on the processing stage.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping policy sets out delivery destinations, charges, processing and estimated delivery times. Estimated delivery is not a guaranteed arrival date. Our Return and refund policy explains the 30-calendar-day return request window, eligibility, return postage and refund issue deadline.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or misuse personal information. Website text and imagery may be protected by intellectual property rights; permission to browse does not give permission to reproduce them commercially.

External links are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and terms. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

Privacy, changes and customer rights

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Updates to these terms apply to future use and future orders; they do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
